Reconditioning oil for oil sand/oil-bound sand

This offer includes 90 g–1 kg regeneration oil for oil-bonded molding sands. To reuse burnt molding sand, it must be mixed with regeneration oil and paste.
1 kg of molding sand requires approx. 2 g of oil and 2 g of paste (available in the ZGG eBay shop).
After thorough mixing, the resulting black oil sand is well suited as a filler. For an optimal mold with a high level of detail, however, new sand should always be applied finely to the pattern. The regenerated sand should not come into contact with the pattern and can be used to fill the remainder of the mold.
