The diameter tolerance is up to +0.5mm and the length tolerance is approximately +2mm

The CuSn12-C round rods are manufactured using the continuous casting process and therefore have a tolerance in the diameter of up to +2 mm. This means the diameter is between 15 mm and 17 mm.

For safer handling, we deburr all profiles before delivery. This goes beyond the common practice of delivering profiles with raw cut edges. If, for any reason, deburring is not desired, please let us know when placing your order.

Note:

For lengths over 1000 mm, significantly increased transport costs apply due to excess length. This means that 1500 mm and 2000 mm profiles are more expensive in the base price than 1000 mm profiles.
