Regeneration Paste for Oil Sand/Oil-Bound Sand

This offer includes 100 g – 1 kg of reconditioning paste for oil-bound molding sands. To allow burnt molding sand to be reused, it must be mixed with reconditioning paste and oil. Approximately 2 g of paste and 2 g of oil are required for 1 kg of molding sand.
The black oil sand created after thorough mixing is suitable as a filler. However, for an optimal mold with a high degree of detail, new sand should always be finely applied to the pattern. The reconditioned sand should not come into contact with the casting and can be used to fill the remainder of the mold.
