The flasks are made from robust 3-5 mm steel profiles. They are ideal for creating two-part sand molds. Thanks to the sturdy steel pins or screws, the flask always remains firmly in the correct position.

The flasks are available in the following dimensions:

350x250x200 mm, approx. 12.8 kg
300x200x160 mm, approx. 9.2 kg
200x100x100 mm, approx. 3.7 kg
250x100x60 mm, approx. 1.6 kg
150x100x60 mm, approx. 1.3 kg

For the sizes of our flasks, you should plan for the following quantities of oil sand:

350x250x200 mm: approx. 26.2 kg oil sand required
300x200x160 mm: approx. 14.5 kg oil sand required
200x100x100 mm: approx. 2.8 kg oil sand required
250x100x60 mm: approx. 2.3 kg oil sand required
150x100x60 mm: approx. 1.4 kg oil sand required

We can produce other sizes upon request. The dimensions always refer to the assembled complete flask, i.e., cope and drag.

The production of the flasks takes place exclusively in Germany.
