The length tolerance is up to +2mm, and the dimension tolerance is +/-0.1mm.

Please note that the products offered are semi-finished goods that are not specially surface-treated or polished. Due to dimensional tolerances, the wall thickness may be 1.1 mm instead of 1 mm. Under certain circumstances, precisely fitting profiles that also have a slight oversize could be difficult. For example, fitting a 6×6 mm square profile into an 8x8x1 mm U-profile may be challenging and require reducing the material thickness.

Note:

For lengths over 1000 mm, significantly increased transport costs apply due to excess length. This means that 1500 mm and 2000 mm profiles are more expensive in the base price than 1000 mm profiles.
If you require quantities of more than 4 pieces for 1500 mm and 2000 mm, or more than 10 pieces for all other dimensions, we would be happy to provide you with a personal offer tailored to your specific needs.
