This offer includes lead-free tin-zinc solder with 15% zinc content in triangular bar form. Unlike the also lead-free roofing solder Sn91Zn9, it has a melting range between 199–260 °C. This melting range (which Sn91Zn9 does not have) allows it to be spread and shaped more easily. Similar to Sn91Zn9, its zinc content makes it particularly suitable for soft soldering zinc sheets, as well as aluminum, copper, and copper alloys.

We also have lead-free body solder SnZn5Cu3 or SnCu8, as well as classic tin-copper and tin-silver solders in stock.

The bars have dimensions of approx. 390x14x8mm. These may vary, which is why the price is calculated per gram, not per bar. For order quantities of 250g or more, whole bars are supplied; otherwise, parts of bars are provided.

To match the Sn85Zn15 alloy, we have Z-04 soldering flux for soldering applications on titanium zinc, fine zinc, and galvanized sheet steel.
