This offer includes the Sn98Sb2 tin alloy in the form of approx. 25g pellets.
Sn98Sb2 is a lower-alloyed, lead-free, food-grade tin alloy. It is slightly less strong than Sn95Sb3Cu2. Like the latter, it is also very well suited for manufacturing tinware and similar items, as well as for figures. It has the advantage over Sn95Sb3Cu2 that its melting range is lower and less segregation occurs. Nevertheless, its strength is lower and lies approximately between that of pure tin and Sn95Sb3Cu2.
