C\u2019est une alternative id\u00e9ale sans plomb, car il poss\u00e8de des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s presque identiques \u00e0 celles du m\u00e9tal de Rose (25 % de plomb).<br \/>\nL\u2019alliage peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour le moulage fiable de petites pi\u00e8ces. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son bas point de fusion de 138 \u00b0C, une solidification trop rapide de l\u2019alliage est \u00e9vit\u00e9e et les moules peuvent \u00eatre mieux remplis. Ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de coul\u00e9e sont donc excellentes.
