Il sert de substitut aux alliages contenant du plomb comme <a href=\"https:\/\/zinn-giesserei-goehler.com\/produkt\/lagermetall-weissmetall-wm80-sn80sb12cu6pb2\/\">WM80<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;alliage se caract\u00e9rise par une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la charge statique, une haute r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, d&#8217;excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de palier lisse et de fonctionnement en urgence ainsi qu&#8217;une bonne brasabilit\u00e9 sur les alliages Cu-Zn-Sn, l&#8217;acier moul\u00e9 et la fonte.<\/p>\n<p>Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de fonctionnement en urgence signifient qu&#8217;un mat\u00e9riau peut supporter pendant une courte dur\u00e9e des charges m\u00e9caniques dans un palier lisse m\u00eame sans lubrifiant, sans d\u00e9faillance.<\/p>\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature de liquidus est de 360 \u00b0C (temp\u00e9rature de fusion). Il est recommand\u00e9 de couler l&#8217;alliage \u00e0 environ 390-440 \u00b0C.
