Il sert de substitut aux alliages contenant du plomb comme <a href=\"https:\/\/zinn-giesserei-goehler.com\/fr\/produkt\/metal-antifriction-metal-blanc-wm80-sn80sb12cu6pb2\/\">WM80<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alliage se distingue par une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression statique, une haute r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, d\u2019excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de frottement et de marche \u00e0 sec, ainsi qu\u2019une bonne soudabilit\u00e9 sur les alliages Cu-Zn-Sn, l\u2019acier moul\u00e9 et la fonte.<\/p>\n<p>Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de marche \u00e0 sec signifient qu\u2019un mat\u00e9riau peut supporter de br\u00e8ves contraintes m\u00e9caniques dans un palier lisse, m\u00eame sans lubrifiant, sans d\u00e9faillir.<\/p>\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature de liquidus est de 360 \u00b0C (temp\u00e9rature de fusion). Il est recommand\u00e9 de couler l&#8217;alliage \u00e0 environ 390-440 \u00b0C.
