It is an ideal lead-free alternative, as it possesses nearly the same properties as Rose&#8217;s metal (25% lead content).<br \/>\nThe alloy can be used for reliable casting of small parts. Due to its low melting point of 138\u00b0C, premature cooling of the alloy is prevented, and molds can be filled more effectively. Its casting properties are therefore very good.
