Due to dimensional tolerances, the wall thickness may be 1.1 mm instead of 1 mm. Under certain circumstances, precisely fitting profiles that also have a slight oversize could be difficult. For example, fitting a 6&#215;6 mm square profile into an 8x8x1 mm U-profile may be challenging and require reducing the material thickness.   <\/p>\n<p>For safer handling, we deburr all profiles before delivery. This goes beyond the common practice of supplying profiles with raw cut edges.  If for any reason deburring is not desired, please let us know when placing your order.<\/p>\n<p>Note:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">For lengths exceeding 1000 mm, significantly increased transport costs apply due to oversized dimensions.
